Theme:  SURVIVING TO THRIVING -  SUPPORTING GIFTED STUDENTS IN STRESSFUL TIMES​​

The 2022 OATAG Conference will be held Saturday October 8, 2022 in the Gregory Forum on the campus of Clackamas Community College in Oregon City.  The conference theme is "Surviving To Thriving - Supporting Gifted Students in Stressful Times" and we are very pleased to have Dr. James Delisle as our keynote speakers.  The keynote address is: "Learning to exhale: Meeting the intellectual and emotional needs of gifted children."  Dr. Delisle will also lead two breakout sessions.  See Conference Home Page for details.

  • Tables are $50.00 for Non-Profit Exhibitors and $160.00 for For-Profit Vendors
  • Spaces for vendors and exhibitors will be in the Gregory Forum foyer.
  • Tables are 4 1/2 feet long and do not include table covers.
  • Access to an electrical outlet is available and can be requested during ticket purchase.
  • General conference registration begins at 8:30 am.  Vendors/Exhibitors can begin setting up at 8:00 am.
  • ​Lunch is included for one individual.  Additional lunches can be purchased at the door.  If additional individuals will be attending please include their names during ticket purchase.
  • Registration for Vendors and Exhibitors ends September 29 and space is limited
  • Register by September 22 to be included in the program
  • Consider a sponsorship announcement in the program in addition to your table or as a donation if you are unable to attend. (both can be done at the conference registration link)
    • Business Card - $30.00
    • Quarter Sheet - $60.00
    • Half Sheet - $120.00
    • Full Sheet/Event Sponsor - $500.00
  • Camera Ready Copy (CRC) for sponsorship needs to be provided to OATAG President by September 22.
