The 2026 OATAG Conference will be held Saturday October 3rd at Clackamas Community College, Oregon City. We are very pleased to have Dr. Tamra Stambaugh, as our keynote speaker.  The Keynote topic is Conceptions and Misconceptions in Gifted Education: What Do We Know and Where Do We Go?  Dr. Stambaugh will also lead 2 breakout sessions.  See the Main Conference Page for more details on the Keynote and Breakout Sessions.

Table Registrations

• Table registrations are $50.00 for Non-Profit Exhibitors, $160.00 for For-Profit Vendors, and $500.00 for Event Sponsors.
• Tables will be in the Gregory Commons.
• Tables are 30" x 6' and do not include table covers.
• Access to an electrical outlet is available.
• General conference registration begins at 8:25am.  Vendors/Exhibitors can begin setting up at 7:30am. The conference begins at 8:55am.
• ​Lunch is included for one individual.  One additional lunch can be purchased during registration for $20.00.  If additional individuals will be attending please include their names on the registration form.
• Vendor and Exhibitor organizations will be listed in the printed program if registered before the cut off date (see sidebar)
• Last day to register to be in printed program is Sept 19, 2026

Sponsorship Opportunities

• A Sponsorship announcement in the program is available if you are unable to attend, or as part of your table Registration. 
  • Business Card (Black & White) - $40.00
  • Quarter Sheet - $60.00
  • Half Sheet - $120.00
  • Event Sponsor - $500.00
    • Includes a table and lunch for up to two people 
    • Includes a full page announcement prominently displayed in the program
    • Includes your sponsorship image on our website until January 2027
• The sponsorship image for the printed program needs to be provided to OATAG President by the cut off date (see sidebar)
• Images should have resolution of at least 150 dpi.
• The best image format would be vector file formats like .AI or .EPS, but .BMP or .TIFF would be acceptable.
