learning about “What Works For Gifted Kids.” Keynote speaker Dr.
Karen Rogers will address this topic as will the various breakout
sessions and exhibitors. Bring the entire family to this exciting

families in the area.
Karen B. Rogers is Professor of Gifted Studies in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of St. Thomas. She received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instructional Systems from the University of Minnesota and also holds Master’s degrees in Special Education of the Gifted and in Psychological Foundations of the Gifted. Karen is the author of the book Re-Forming Gifted Education: How Parents and Teachers Can Match the Program to the Child (2002).
